Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Follows up daily submission of project reports from Project Engineers;
2. Compares daily actual productivity vs target (scheduled) productivity based on project reports submitted per work item/subcon. (Assessment /evaluation);
3. Gives assessment / evaluation to PME II with suggested recommendation in case actual productivity is below the target;
4. Updates project Master Programme weekly in coordination with Office Engineers;
5. Verifies / checks actual accomplishment of Subcons based on the assessment / evaluation of Office Engineers;
6. If item 5 is in order, endorses Subcon billing to PME II for approval;
7. Keeps track / monitor any variation order either as presented by Construction Division or as requested by Subcons;
8. Conducts weekly project site inspections to check on the quality, methodology, progress, resource deployment, safety, etc.;
9. Submits report to PME II after conducting item 8;
10. Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
Job Specifications:
· Licensed Civil Engineer
· At least with 1 to 3 years proven experience in Planning and Project Monitoring
· Knowledgeable in all engineering software
· Excellent communication skills
· Possesses analytical and critical-thinking
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
· Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
