About Quad X


Founded in 2015, Quad X is a leading e-commerce logistics company in the Philippines. We're the company behind Gogo Xpress (an online payment and delivery tool for social sellers) and Shipping Cart (a cross-border shipping service connecting the US, Korea, Japan, and UK to the Philippines and Malaysia).

Role Purpose


Support the accounting department in various financial and administrative tasks. And provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as organizing documents, filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records and databases.


What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, financial management or any other related field
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Basic data entry skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with math and calculations
• Good listening and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
• Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
• Able to work closely with others in a team environment
• Able to work independently, self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
