Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As an Accounting Senior Associate at Apeiron, you are to manage and execute complex accounting tasks with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and assisting with the preparation of tax returns and audits. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing accurate and timely financial information, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data. You will mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. You will collaborate closely with other functions within the firm to deliver comprehensive and cohesive services to clients. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of client service will be essential to your success in this role.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As an Accounting Senior Associate at Apeiron, you are to manage and execute complex accounting tasks with precision and efficiency. - Review and manage monthly reports to be submitted to the Management
- Review and manage regulatory registration and compliance, including but not limited to company registration, tax returns, and other national and local submissions
- Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports, compile various cross functional reports
- Drive timely and accurate data input and documentation of financial transaction
- Review financial and management information to drive business decision making.
- Identify possible improvement to the existing business processes for optimization and take the lead in such improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure for record-to-report is being complied with.
- Drive optimization projects within the organization’s accounting and other systems, including controls in perpetual inventory system, and API integrations and other automation initiatives
- Provide timely review, feedback, escalation and recommendations within Accounting and Finance Team
- Provide accounting support and value-added services to clients.
- Lead and mentor accounting associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Other related responsibilities, ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the business needs.
- Minimum 3 years experience in management and/or support functions, including project management, c-level support, and business administration.
- Extensive work experience in professional services, private capital markets, and technology or tech-enabled businesses would be a plus.
- CMA and/or CPA certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- High interpersonal skills with problem-solving.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
