Entering vendor bills and responding to vendor inquiries via email
-
Generate 1099 forms at year-end
-
Generate Customer invoices at month-end
-
Assist with collections by reaching out via email to customers with open balances
-
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
-
Assist with month-end close entries, such as:
-
Expense Accruals
-
Prepaids
-
Fixed assets schedules
-
Lease schedules/Rent Entries
-
Balance Sheet account reconciliation
-
Research and resolve variances between accounts
-
Handle any ad hoc requests as needed
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; CPA license is an advantage
-
3+ years of work experience
-
Experience with Net Suite is required
-
Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
-
Prior experience in US bookkeeping/accounting is a plus
-
Proficient in Excel, Word, and G-Suite
-
Must be proactive, highly organized, and able to work both independently and within a team
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to coordinate with other departments regarding expenses
Compensation:
-
50,000 - 60,000 per month, based on experience.
Work Setup:
-
Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
-
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with the potential to shift to traditional Philippine working hours.
