Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as Petty Cash Custodian (monitoring funds, disbursement and replenishment)
• Process accounting receivables in compliance with financial policies and procedures such as handling daily financial transactions
• Process accounts payable aligned to AP schedule
• Tax preparation and filing in compliance with BIR such as VAT, withholdling tax, income tax, preparation and submission of Alphalist
• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or any business-related course
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• With atleast 1 year accounting experience (processing accounts payable/pettycash/ accounts receivables)
• Exposure to an ERP system and accounting software

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
