QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related courses
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Self-directed, critical thinker, and able to work independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to communicate in English and Filipino - adequate knowledge required
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports or presentations
• 1-year experience in accounting is preferable but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES

• BIR
• Preparing of tax computations and returns
• Document, monitor, and process payment requests transactions
• Preparing Independent Contractor / Freelancer requirements for BIR compliance
• Processing purchase order and validating expense requests
• Recording and filing cash transactions and manual books of account
• Maintain an accurate filing of accounting documents and transactions
• Assist with other accounting related tasks as needed
• Other areas including but not limited to document verification and data entry

• Payroll and Government concerns
• Preparing payroll computation
• Processing government remittances
• Assist employees with their government requirements and concerns

• Employee Relations
• Manage the bank accounts of the employees and freelancers
• Prepare assessments, certificates, contracts and renewals of contracts, and other paperwork that may be required
• Process working visas and DOLE AEP
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management

• Salary Range: PHP 17,000 - PHP 19,000
