DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of daily cash transactions, filing per individual folders and ensuring of correct and complete attachments on the Jeonsoft system
• Prepares vouchers and checks/telegraphic transfer for company payables
• Manage General Service functions
• Monitor Transaction Liquidations under operational departments both in hard copy and electronic system
• Checking and monitoring of Unliquidated Cash Report
• Assists in other Finance sections and perform other tasks which may be deemed necessary by Dept. Head

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Major in Business course, preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, etc.)

• Highly organized, meticulous and hardworking
• Amenable to report to Makati Office

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
