JOB SUMMARY:
Consolidate reports prepared by AP and AR Staff. Promote accurateness of recorded transactions in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of the operating departments. Prepare accurate, reliable and timely reports and to perform series of reconciliations if necessary in order to facilitate preparation of financial statements. Continously seek improvement of systems of control and maximizing limited resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors overall financial statement of operations and financial status of Toyota Fairview, Inc.
• Reports on financial operations of each department (Vehicle Sales, Parts and Service Department).
• Monitors monthly summary of cash disbursements, monthly gross margin of individual marketing professionals and group contribution margin.
• Responsible for submission of mandatory tax reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, renewal of municipal and other government permits and licenses.
• Check monthly financial reports required from the dealership by Toyota Motor Philippines .
• Check disbursement , which are being processed by the Junior Accounting Staff.
• Conduct and supervise company year-end inventory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
