• Graduate of any 4 years course relevant to the position.
• Should have experience on handling inventory, SAP transactions, and collateral lay out.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage. Knows how to use MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, any video maker.
• can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all Petro Gazz marketing collaterals, received and issue items to Retail Group. Conduct monthly inventory and reconciliation with accounting.
• Implements station opening activities.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling and inventory system of all promo items.
• Process marketing request for station support such as opening, anniversary, seasonal promos.
• Attends to brand exposure such as Exhibits and sponsorships.
• Assist Marketing in preparation for station openings activities and programs.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 9AM TO 7PM COMPRESSED WORKWEEK
SALARY RANGE: 18K-22K WITH FREE MEALS FOR LUNCH
FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE, FOR REGULAR POSITION AFTER 6 MONTHS PROBATIONARY
