- Responsible to interact/meet with existing and new Distributors within Luzon area with aim of developing a long-term business relationship and strengthening the sales systems and process at all levels.
- Develop plans of action for main distributors, according to the client's needs and available resources, to increase sell-in sales and earn their loyalty.
- Manage the connection between the distribution channel and management team, delivering information to distributors regarding policies, releases, and campaigns; and receiving concerns and claims from them, to help with the corresponding involved areas.
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned areas.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Plan and coordinate, along with the Marketing department, product advertising campaigns defining volume, price and special payments, to promote sales and fulfill the annual program. Building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Achieving monthly & quarterly drive business growth across PCPH Pet Food brands.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
