- Graduate of BS Accountancy - CPA (Graduate of Law and/or MBA is preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years extensive managerial (audit) experience.
- Must have wide and technical knowledge in Audit Process from policy making to execution.
- Must have wide-knowledge in integration of Philippine Labor Code to Organization policies
- Technical know how in performance and review of effectivity and efficiency of organization's operational procedures.
- Technical know how in recommendation of new regulations and strict implementation of organization's policies and procedures.
- Technical know how in detailed validation / evaluation of operational compliance with policies / procedures, laws / regulations, fraud, etc.
- Must have extensive experience in preparing and finalizing audit reports. Must be able to apply systems thinking to generate long-term and SMART solutions.
- Strong attention to details and result oriented.
- Must have extensive experience in people management and with technical know how on creating key performance indicator and evaluation.
- Able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines and establish high standards and measures.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Bonus pay
- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Master's (Required)
- Auditing: 3 years (Preferred)
