Job Summary:
The Audit Supervisor (CPA) is responsible for overseeing and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations. This role involves supervising audit staff, coordinating audit processes, reviewing audit work, and providing valuable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting. The CPA designation ensures a high level of expertise and integrity in performing audit functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning and Execution:
Oversee the execution of audit procedures, ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Supervision and Staff Management:
Supervise and mentor audit staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.Review and evaluate the work performed by audit staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards.
3. Audit Reporting:
Prepare and review audit reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvements in internal controls and processes.
Communicate audit results to management and provide actionable recommendations to address identified issues.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with auditing standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of audit processes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving audit processes and internal controls. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in auditing standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
3 years of experience in auditing, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
Overtime pay
