B2B Demand Gen Specialist

Job Overview:
The B2B Demand Generation Specialist will create and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage SMEs looking for capital partners in the Philippines. This role will drive awareness and conversion through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and digital channels to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified SME leads for the company’s capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to generate leads for Philippine SMEs seeking growth capital.
  • Campaign Development: Design multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, webinars, content marketing) that target SMEs in industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, and more.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to manage email campaigns, nurture leads, and track performance metrics.
  • SEO & SEM: Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads. Optimize paid campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, optimize for better performance, and present actionable insights.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with industry associations, chambers, and networks to reach the right audience.
  • CRM Management: Manage leads through CRM tools, ensuring high-quality data for reporting and conversion tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally targeting SMEs or businesses requiring capital solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report on campaign performance.
  • Experience in financial services or business lending is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
