Brace Ability is a fast-growing Amazon and Shopify retailer of orthopedic braces and supports, with employees working remotely across the globe (primarily in the United States and Philippines). We are looking for a talented individual who is eager to use their operations, supply chain, data/analytics, research, reporting, and continuous improvement skills to help us manage our product and services supply chain, operations performance, and data/analytics ecosystem. This is a remote only full time position paid on an hourly basis and will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The exact timing of the hours you work is flexible, though preference may be given to candidates who can work primarily during United States Central Time Zone hours.

WORK HOURS: 8 AM - 5 PM US Central Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with demand forecasting, inventory analysis and planning, quotes, strategic buy planning, and every stage of product and services supply chain management execution
• Run Shopify and Amazon reports to audit and analyze sales, returns, removals and other data relevant to profit and loss evaluation, supply chain management, and warehouse returns processing
• Help develop, maintain, and improve a variety of operations and business health metrics
• Helping complete periodic (currently monthly) product (item) level profit and loss estimates
• Monitoring all aspects of Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channel performance
• Helping develop and audit standard operating procedures for key operations processes
• Downloading and analyzing inventory reports according to defined process steps
• Demonstrably able to manage and optimize Amazon reimbursements (inbound freight, size/dimension change related, etc.)
• Current knowledge of or ability to learn basic descriptive and inferential statistics in using Excel, Google Sheets, and/or similar software applications
• Demonstrably able to develop and continuously improve data analysis and visualization tools for Amazon and Shopify profitability assessment, advertising spend efficiency, operations process efficiency (e.g., customer returns processing), and other business processes
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clear communication in English
• Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word experience with strong competency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software
• Previous purchasing/supply chain experience
• Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Able to develop new or optimize existing processes based on leadership team stated goals and specifications
• Able to work autonomously
• Comfortable in a dynamic work environment, helping out where needed
