JOB DESCRIPTION
· Warmly welcome customers, introduce KT’s drinks menu, answer queries, take orders and payments according to KT’s standard procedures.
· Prepare and customize coffee, tea and chocolate drinks based on KT’s recipe and procedures, adjust according to customer’s specific requests.
· Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
· Operate cash register and manage foodpanda and Grab Food device.
· Manage any customer’s questions, feedback or complaints.
· Baristas work to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages as well as complete assigned tasks from management each day.
Additional Duties
Ø Baristas in KT must clean and wash all the coffee-making equipment, utensils, and clean/sanitize all preparation areas to ensure a hygienic workplace.
Ø Empty trash.
Ø Inventory management, order ice and purified water from suppliers.

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
