Ceylanka Trading Inc. owns & operates the Brands ISLAND TEA CO.®, Ceylon Coffee Club and Monste Riced across a rapidly growing retail network of over 160+ branches across Philippines, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Ireland and Egypt.
Our Philippines office, located in Cebu City, plays a vital role in the expansion of our brands across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Barista/Service Crew to support our Philippines team.
Selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our franchise network in Luzon, building strong relationships with potential partners, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of multiple brands.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about tea & coffee, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and work areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Contribute to a positive team environment by helping colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred and advantage.
Strong knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for tea & coffee and customer service.
