Primary Responsibility:

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Licensed Psychologist with at least 1+ years of Clinical Experience
Proven ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Proven ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Proven ability to solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
Proven ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Proven ability to translate concepts into practice
Proven ability to provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Proven ability to coach, provide feedback, and guide others
Proven ability to act as a resource for others with less experience
