BIM Specialist

Responsibilities
- Work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for various projects.
- Build and maintain BIM models using software like Archi CAD and Revit, ensuring designs meet company standards and industry best practices.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring they are accurate, functional, and ready for construction.
- Collaborate with the design team to smoothly integrate concepts into the construction process, making sure models align with the latest construction technologies.
- Support Architectural, Electrical and Construction design projects by using BIM technology to simplify workflows and enhance project understanding.
- Ensure that all models and drawings comply with local building codes and regulations to make them ready for construction.
- Handle different projects and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology with a major in Drafting.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar role.
- Proficient in BIM modeling software such as Revit and Archi CAD.
- Strong understanding of building construction technologies and the ability to accurately interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent drafting and design skills with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in Architectural, Electrical and Construction is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Preferably residing in Clark, Pampanga.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
