Job Description:

Assists the Branch Office In- Charge / Supervisor in all administration and recruitment functions.
Receives reporting active seafarers and attends to their requirements on CBT and documentations.
In-charge of the office in the absence of the Branch Office Manager / Supervisor.

Qualifications

4-year course graduate
At least 1-year relevant experience
Background and expertise in the Maritime Industry is an advantage
Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
Has familiarity with using computer software and programmes (MS Office, Outlook, etc)
Can handle daily reports and expense monitoring
Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
