Role: Brand Executive for Tires
About the role:
- · Responsible for brand sales targets
- · Yearly/Quarterly brand campaigns above the line (digital, OOH, PR/Influencer strategy); creates the yearly marketing calendar
- Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting effectiveness of month-on-month brand plans
- Shares key learnings on executions and initiates pivots and changes to plans as needed
- Clearly reports correlation of brand campaigns to brand sales/performance
- Develops brand toolkits and brand book of key supported brands of the company
- Leads brand executions during key on-ground events (car shows, expo)
- Get a good understanding of consumers/users of the brand
- Works with field sales team to translate brand strategy to in-store
- Leads and manages business planning process with different stakeholders (creative and digital agencies, supply chain and forecasting, field sales teams)
- Shares key trends and learnings in the category/market
- Conducts trade checks once a month to get new learnings/validate learnings and insights as key input to brand plans
- Manages brand websites and coordinates with creatives team on updating and refreshing the assets
- Coordinates with suppliers and closes deals on final price of the assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any Business-related course
- At least 1-2 years of experience in brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in doing brand design and strategy, creative strategy development
- A self-starter and is capable in navigating unstructured teams
- Strategic thinker with ability to adapt in changing environment
- Amenable to work on a face-to-face set-up
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
