Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service. The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, playing a crucial role in maintaining and growing client accounts.
Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure trust and investment accounts from corporate and qualified individual clients.
• Perform account management duties in collaboration with the Investment Solutions partner to enhance client experience, including developing investment-related technical skills, client profiling abilities.
• Develop and engage in marketing activities to increase awareness of the company in the market and generate leads

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably Sales and Marketing, Accounting or business-related course
• At least 5 years of sales/account management related job, preferably from financial institutions
• Evident track record of business growth based on the size of portfolio/accounts generated and handled.
• Must be willing to undertake the necessary trust course and other license requirement for proper job execution.
• Open to travel around the Philippines and on flexible schedules

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php115,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
