Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management:
- Handle financial transactions, including exchanging cash for casino chips and vice versa.
- Process jackpot payouts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Conduct currency exchanges for international guests, requiring knowledge of current exchange rates.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their financial transactions and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Inform customers about casino promotions, events, and games to enhance their experience.
- Compliance and Security:
- Verify and authenticate customer identification before processing large transactions to comply with legal and casino regulations.
- Implement and adhere to security measures to safeguard casino assets and prevent fraud.
- Financial Reporting:
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily summaries of transactions to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pay: Php650.00 per day
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Delivery Driver: 1 year (Preferred)
- PDL (Preferred)
