Work Schedule: 5 days a week, shifting
The Cage Teller/Cashier will finalize cash payment to customers, maintain the balance in the cash drawer, and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Calculates totals for customers chips and pays out cash for chips collected.
• Ensures that cash drawer is balanced at all times and makes exchanges with the vault when necessary.
• Verifies identification of customers requesting cash advances.
• Completes transactions accurately throughout shift.
• Keeps and updates an accurate report of the cash and chips received and distributed.
• Operates credit card processing equipment, coin sorting and wrapping machines, and other cashier equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Courteous and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in using a 10-key calculator and other office equipment.
• Ability to count money accurately and quickly.

Education and Experience:

• College diploma required.
• Two years of experience as a cashier or bank teller/clerk are highly preferred.
• Accounting experienced preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
• Will be required to work various shifts and weekends and holidays.
• With gaming license preferred but not required (can be applied upon start of employment).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php645.00 - Php700.00 per day
