Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for highly-driven individuals who are open for short-term engagement:
Job Description:
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: Php13,067.00 per month
Schedule:
Job Description:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and loan payments. Ensure that cash drawers are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the bank's products and services to effectively inform customers and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and customer interactions, following established bank policies and procedures.
- Security: Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols to safeguard the bank's assets and customer information. Be vigilant for any suspicious activities and report as required.
- College diploma or equivalent; additional education in banking or finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of banking software and technology is an advantage.
- Willingness to adhere to security and compliance policies.
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: Php13,067.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
