As a Cashier at Jabroni's, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You'll handle payments, answer customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Your excellent communication skills and customer service orientation will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide helpful and courteous assistance to customers with menu questions, special requests, and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy cashier station, including organizing menus, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or cashier is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in operation a cash register or POS system.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday as needed.

Schedule:
