- Always greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Always thank and say farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
- Maintains the conversation and does not expose any sensitive topics to the guest.
- Ensures that minimum brand standards are consistently implemented if not surpassed.
- Responds to the results of the Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are executed.
- Conducts weekly and monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and dining supplies. Makes orders, or advises superiors of the need to make orders.
- Has a thorough knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
- Ensures that the store is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the heart of house areas.
- Applies Food & Beverage service techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm.
- Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.
- Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.
- Recognizes and ensures application of the step of the billing process.
- Check bills to see if the correct amount has been displayed and print them out.
- Receive payments and present change to customers. Process credit and debit card payments and ensure that customers sign receipts.
- Answer customers’ questions regarding billed items.
- Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
- Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure that it tallies.
- Sort, count and wrap currency and coins and arrange for them to be deposited to the bank.
- Ascertain that there is sufficient change available at the beginning of each day
- Anticipates any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
- Inspects guests’ orders prior to dispatching them to ensure full quality and completeness.
- Wipes table tops and chairs, using damp, sanitized cloth.
- Packs takeaways and leftovers.
- Communicates effectively to know the daily task assigned.
- Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Responds to changes in the Food & Beverage function as dictated by the industry.
- Receive and store supplies. Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
- Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements.
- Complete the specifications outlined in your Employment Contract.
Pay: From Php11,000.00 per month
