Collection Cashier is responsible for checking and validating collections from payment centers and preparation of Collection/Official Receipt for those transactions, securing soft copy by scanning such receipts, and generation of Collection Report.

• Check and validate the received Sorted Online Payment Report which shows the transactions collected through different payment channels utilized by the company
• Prepare the Official receipt entry for the online payments. Ensure the accuracy of the transaction by checking the following items before printing and posting entries in the system.
• Ensure that all of the printed Collection/Officer receipts are scanned with the correct file name and saved in the company file backup
• Submit the Generated Collection Report Report based on the respective bank code following the approved process guideline

Work Experience

• With atleast 1 year working experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any business course related

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am - 4pm
