Duties and Responsibilities
Create and issue invoices / receipts to customers.
Process credit memos.
Prepare account statements for customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
Monitor all payments / overdue accounts and prepare monthly billing reports.
Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies.
Assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
Encode monthly official receipts
Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Accept cash, checks and bankcards for payment
Process payments according to company procedure
Receive and process sales orders.
Issue sales transaction invoices.
Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Compile daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or Undergraduate of Bachelor’s degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a closely-related field
With experience in cashiering and ability to prepare financial reports and statements
Strong MS Office skills and effective oral/written communication
