Cashier/Barista
Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing: Accurately handle all types of payments.
• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Order Entry: Enter orders into the system, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure order accuracy.
• POS Operation: Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions.
• Guest Service: Ensure a positive dining experience and excellent service.
• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take coffee orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to recipes.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure drink orders are accurate and meet guest expectations.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage coffee bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
• Guest Service: Provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining and drinking experience.
• Payment Processing: Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

Skills:

• Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions accurately.
• POS and Computer Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Teamwork and Multitasking: Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in drink preparation and order taking

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, College Degree, or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, with specific experience as a barista.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
