Key Responsibilities:
1. Must have product knowledge
- Must know all the products available and their prices.
- Assists in order taking, especially during peak hours while practicing suggestive selling.
2. Must ensure that customers always have a great time when dining at the restaurant.
- Greets and assists customers as soon as they enter the store.
- Ensure that the standard serving time is followed (should follow up orders if order is already delayed).
- Ensures customer satisfaction by assisting them with their orders and other needs.
- Service to customers must be highly effective toward getting them to visit the restaurant again.
4. Assist other employees with their work when required
- Provides help and assistance in the kitchen when such is needed
- Task can also revolve around food preparation, cashier duties, dish cleaning, and food and drinks serving.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate but preferably college students
- No required experience
- Able to communicate or deal well with co-employees and customers
- able to understand and follow established Standard Operating Procedures
- can grasp and execute simple instructions
- able to perform under pressure
- able to quickly deliver dining wares and food to customers
