What You’ll Do
As the Channel Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our channel management team to optimize sales performance and foster strong relationships with our partners. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of channel managers, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partner relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges within the sales channel.
  • Evaluate and optimize partner programs and incentives to drive partner engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development of the channel management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, partnership effectiveness and market opportunities.
  • Proven leadership skills, with expertise in managing and motivating a team to achieve performance goals
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner management.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
