Position Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Monitor and track orders, providing customers with updates on their order status, including shipping and delivery information.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, billing, product defects, or delivery delays.
Adhere to all call center protocols, guidelines, and quality standards during customer interactions.
