About the position
We have a full-time remote central psychologist/psychometrician position for a candidate with a strong psychology background who is knowledgeable in basic psychometric testing and psychological report writing.
You will be part of a data management team that consists of several team members specializing in various functions of clinical operations as well as research data management. This position is part of the central research team in the Philippines and the clinical research sites are in New Jersey in the USA.
We have 45 employees in the Philippines and have had a central research department there since 2007. This position will mainly involve the data management tasks such as handling psychological reports and scoring and scoring and it will also help support both sponsored studies and investigated initiated studies (IIS).
The clinical operations tasks require knowledge of basic psychological testing procedures and psychological assessment and report writing skills. Day-to-day operational duties include:
- Organizing and aggregating clinical data for analysis and basic report writing
- Organizing and aggregating clinical and clinical research data for statistical analysis
- Conducting or assisting with preliminary statistical analysis for psychological report writing
- Administering Level A & B tests virtually
- Other related data management asks
This position reports to the Neuropsychometry Division Head.
Requirements:
1) At least 2 years of clinical research data management and psychological report writing experience.
2) Strong background and experience with various database programs.
3) Knowledge of psychological statistics. Registered Psychologist preferred. Registered Psychometrician with Masters in Psychological Assessment may apply.
4) Ability to work efficiently and autonomously while at the same time working within a team approach as well as possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and have an above ability to attend to details.
5) A strong commitment to upholding the rights and safety of persons involved in clinical trials and clinical assessments and an innate ability to support patients/research participants and in-depth understanding of patient confidentiality.
6) Clinical neuroscience research background is also preferred.
7) Windows PC is required.
