What you will do
Responsibilities
Admin Support
-
Provide admin support to PH office, be the emergency contact, etc
Marketing Operation Support
-
Provide compliance support (for PH, VN, and ID in checking Zuellig’s invoices, breakdown, etc) to ensure compliance in spending and event execution. So it’s better candidate has experience of compliance operation / validation in MNCs
-
Provide support to admin tasks, e.g., submitting POs, or going through vendor submission related process (for PH, VN, and ID)

Liaise and work closely with third party financial providers to clear invoices
Legal Support
-
Provide corporate secretarial work for PH, VN and ID. This may include coordinating filings of the Annual General Meetings Minutes, Annual Financial Statements, Annual Reports, maintenance of Register of Controllers and corporate resolutions to reflect business needs in accordance with local law requirements. Working with SEA Finance colleagues on compliance requirements for annual statutory audit of SEA entities. Coordinate corporate documents for signatures via Docu Sign or wet-ink (as appropriate). Maintain electronic copies of corporate documents on JAPAC Law One Drive

Coordinate with JAPAC/ SEA Law colleagues and stakeholders on billings with respect of cosec services and legal advisory and supports budget management for SEA affiliate cost center.
Finance Support
-
Manage the Distributor credit note/debit note process for Philippines
-
Maintain the most up-to-date statement of accounts incorporating both Amgen’s billings and distributors’ billings/credits
-
Have a complete understanding of distributor billing requirements and contract requirements
-
Work with JAPAC Treasury on Cash Receipt process for
-
Validation of claims from distributors before payment of claims
-
Act as a backup support to manage Amgen distributors across the Southeast Asia Region
-
Act as the backup point of contact for all aspects of distributor finance management

What we expect of you
Qualifications
-
Strong academic credentials from a recognized university
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative marketing, legal & compliance and/or finance support
-
Experiences in legal, compliance and risk management functions
-
Experiences in marketing operation and finance operation
-
Excellent cross-functional communications and alignment skills, especially in a remote working environment as an individual contributor
-
Fast learning capability to pick up skills that are required but not equipped yet
