The Company Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting Company personnel, products, and equipment to various destinations. The Company Driver should exhibit excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all passengers and cargo.
Critical Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Safe Transportation: Safely operate Company vehicles in accordance to the task/ assignment given, while adhering to Company policies and guidelines and all traffic laws and regulations. This includes planning efficient routes to reach destinations promptly, considering traffic conditions and optimal navigation, and managing time effectively to ensure on-time arrivals and departures while maintaining a flexible attitude to accommodate unexpected changes.
• Passenger Transport and Cargo Handling: Safely transport Company personnel, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations as required. Load and unload Company products, equipment, and materials with care, ensuring proper securement and protection during transit and un/loading.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Documentation: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on Company vehicles, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel levels. This includes reporting any mechanical issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities and completing daily logs and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Professional Conduct: Present a professional image and maintain courteous interactions with passengers and clients at all times. This includes promptly and properly communicating with managers, supervisors and colleagues to provide updates on routes, delays, or other relevant information.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various Company-related tasks as requested, such as deliveries, pickups, or office errands, and other related duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid professional driver's license.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Company Driver or any similar role.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Adequate knowledge and familiarity of major streets within the cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-lapu.
• Ability to use mobile traffic applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent driving skills, including the ability to handle various road conditions and weather.
• Ability to prioritize safety and demonstrate a responsible and cautious driving attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, and ability to handle and/or work well with VIP guests.
• High level of honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift, load, and unload materials when required.
