The Nazareth School of Lipa City, Inc. is looking for company driver to join our team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Safe Transportation:

• Transports employees and students safely to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensures adherence to all traffic laws and school transportation policies.
• Follows designated routes and time schedules diligently.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conducts daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
• Reports any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Keeps the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

• Completes all necessary documentation, including trip logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Ensures that the vehicle registration and driver’s license are updated.
• Updates himself of the current issuance of LTO and other governing agencies on operating a motor vehicle.

Customer Service:

• Provides excellent customer service by addressing student and parent inquiries and concerns courteously.
• Fosters a positive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and school employees.

Liaison Duties:

• Serves as a primary point of contact between the school and external vendors, suppliers, service providers, and government agencies such as, but not limited to, Department of Education, Banks, SSS, PAG-IBIG, Phil Health
• Collaborates with school departments, including finance, operations, and maintenance, to facilitate communication and coordination.

Others:

• Assist in maintenance cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Assist in the upkeep of school grounds, ensuring that they are made safe for the students.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities germane to the position and any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate
• Must have a valid professional driver's license (Preferred DL Code: B,B1,B2 and D)
• Have at least two (2) year/s of driving experience
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes
• Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in utilizing maps, GPS systems, and car manuals
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and reliable
