Job Qualifications:

• Candidate graduate BS in Nursing
• With or without experience as Company Nurse
• Fresh graduate can be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, leadership and negotiating skills.
• Computer literate
• Proactive and compassion handling patients concerns

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Ensures availability of medicines and medical supplies at the project and maintain an inventory report
• Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Evaluates application of employee SSS Sickness, SSS Maternity and Phil Health applications.
