Cost Accounting Senior Staff

Job Description:

Responsible in the preparation, analysis and reporting of Total Delivery Cost Mass and Height with full understanding of the cost drivers and waterfall vs budget.
Participates in the cost reduction activity by monitoring, validating and aligning cost savings with concerned departments. Recommends necessary plans/actions for improvements.
Performs review of Standard Material cost assumptions, calculations and reasonableness.
Performs review of Standard Labor and FOH cost assumptions, calculations and reasonableness.
Ensures processes compliance with External Audit and Internal Control at all times.

Qualification:

College Graduate – BS Accountancy or any business related course.
Proficient in MS excel and ERP software.
SAP experience is an advantage.
With background in Cost Control Minimum 2 years experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
