Job Description:

• Responsible in the preparation, analysis and reporting of Total Delivery Cost Mass and Height with full understanding of the cost drivers and waterfall vs budget.
• Participates in the cost reduction activity by monitoring, validating and aligning cost savings with concerned departments. Recommends necessary plans/actions for improvements.
• Performs review of Standard Material cost assumptions, calculations and reasonableness.
• Performs review of Standard Labor and FOH cost assumptions, calculations and reasonableness.
• Ensures processes compliance with External Audit and Internal Control at all times.

Qualification:

• College Graduate – BS Accountancy or any business related course.
• Proficient in MS excel and ERP software.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• With background in Cost Control Minimum 2 years experience is an advantage.
