- Match job roles effectively to industry standards and internal equity considerations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive salary matrix for diverse job roles within the organization.
- Perform job evaluations to assess the relative value of different positions and establish equitable pay structures.
- Proven experience in conducting salary benchmarking, planning, and matrix creation for a large organization (more than 3,000 employees)
- In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and industry best practices in compensation analysis
- Demonstrates robust analytical skills, adept at interpreting and applying market trends to optimize salary structures effectively.
- Proven ability to strategically formulate and propose competitive compensation packages, including those tailored for international contexts
- Exhibits effective communication and presentation skills, particularly in articulating compensation-related strategies to higher-level management.
- Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations to senior management, foreign counterparts, and other key decision-makers
- Exceptional command of Excel and other office applications.
- Expertise in annual forecasting processes.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
