Jr. Production Controller

Handles and controls all aircraft documents necessary during the preparation, layover, and post layover in accordance with the requirements on each maintenance activity.
- Ensures that all task cards are completed with required attachments, and are timely distributed to production divisions prior to the scheduled layover.
- Ensures that all Maintenance Task Cards (MTC), and Non-Routine Task Cards (NRTC) loaded in the Work Orders are printed and issued to Production.
- Coordinates with the assigned Planning Engineers and Production on any discrepancies encountered on the task cards during layover activities.
- Ensures that re-issuance of tasks cards are in accordance with the approved procedure.
- Reviews the completed task cards in accordance with the documentation requirements of each customer as indicated in the established manuals of customers and Company.
- Evaluates proper charging of task reference reflected in the non-routine tasks cards
- Supports Planning tool in the creation of routine and non-routine control sheets, and monitors and controls all closed task cards in reference to control sheets.
- Ensures that all maintenance and aircraft documents are immediately provided to stakeholders within the established timeframe specified in the manuals, and contracts with customers.
- Supports customer requirement in uploading data, as necessary.
- Ensures completeness and timely submission of Aircraft Maintenance documents to Customer.
- Assists Planning Engineers on customer documentation and reporting requirements.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensures that safety and health risks are adequately assessed and controlled in the operations of area of responsibility.
- Ensures that safety incidents occurring in area of responsibility are investigated and reported.
- Ensures that safety and health rules, and requirements are implemented in the area of responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and experience with maintenance management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
