Jr. Planning Engineer

- Plans, monitors, and controls planning functions during layover preparation process, on-going layover process and post-layover process
- Prepares and plans aircraft layover in accordance with customer’s work package and other applicable customer documentation.
- Creates the planning documents required for the layover to highlight technical information for production and core team to be advised and guided accordingly for actual work scheduling. Provides these documents to customers as needed.
- Directly coordinates with customer representative on issues involving work package preparation.
- Distributes work package information to concerned departments for tooling and material planning requirements.
- Analyses, prepares and provides Gantt Charts for milestones plans/target dates to customer.
- Provides Work Order assignments for loading of the required Maintenance Task Cards (MTCs) in TRAX based on customer provided total work package.
- Provides initial schedule of tasks thru MTC phase scheduling and MTC Targets.
- Monitors completion of work package thru MTC/NRTC closing.
- Certifies work package maintenance release requirements.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or any related Engineering Field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, layover preparation, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with creating and managing maintenance schedules, work packages, and planning documents
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures, layover processes, and work package management
- Competence in analyzing and preparing Gantt Charts for layover milestone planning
- Strong analytical skills to assess planning requirements and resolve issues in work package preparation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external customer representatives.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
