Manages the delivery of programs and long-term projects within the policies and procedures of the Company with the objective of meeting target deadlines, timeline, and cost budgets of the projects
Specific:
- Designs, plans, implements, controls, and monitors all developmental programs and activities in the assigned account.
- Oversees the implementation of technical training programs for Production and Support personnel.
- Conducts HR Qualifying Interview for candidates due for promotion and progressions of other positions, as necessary
- Manages assigned projects by ensuring that all project management guidelines are met from conceptualization to post-evaluation of project.
- Leads the project team members in order to achieve the team’s goals and objectives.
- Utilizes standard and effective tools and methodologies to properly manage the teams and their respective projects.
- Enforces the highest standards of discipline and deportment of team members while maintaining the interpersonal relationship and morale of the team members towards the accomplishment of their function.
- Provides the documentation needed by the project and its stakeholders.
- Plans, develops, coordinates, and implements company safety, housekeeping, and occupational health programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production or technical environment
- Experience in designing, planning, and executing developmental and technical training programs.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including conducting interviews and assessments for promotions and progressions.
- Ability to handle complex projects and resolve challenges, ensuring project objectives are met from conceptualization to post-evaluation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
