We’re looking for results-driven, experienced Sales Development Representatives to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential B2B clients through outbound calls and emails, identifying their needs
• Contact new and existing leads from different channels
• Offering products such as telephony, messaging and video solutions
• Schedule appointments and tele-appoint for sales teams in different time zones
• Actively work toward converting leads
• Follow up on the participation by customers in company events
• Other ad hoc sales-related functions as determined by your supervisor
• Create new sales scripts to enhance communication and improve lead conversion

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work On site
• Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred
• 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or Contact Centre Software industry
• Near native/professional English in both oral and written is essential
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a must
• Proficiency in using sales and productivity tools (e.g., email, phone, presentations)
• Track record of consistent lead conversion
• Cold calling experience and success
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Confidence and exceptional communication skills that do not require the need to refer to scripts
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
