We’re looking for a meticulous Contract Analyst Team Lead to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.

We’re looking for a meticulous Contract Analyst Team Lead to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, review and ensure quality standards are met
- Accurately complete advanced level contracts
- Advise the Product Manager about procedure updates
- Answer questions and support the greater team
- Analyze question patterns and advise the Product Manager on where to update training material
- Conduct 6-month performance reviews and advise the product Manager about any performance concerns
- Assist the Product Manager with training existing or new staff members
- Verify the contract data by comparing it to source documents
- Compile, sort and count the data that needs to be loaded
- Enter and record contract data from electronic and hard copy source materials into the system(s) using a keyboard or optical scanner
- Update records by deleting, changing, merging or adding contract data to files
- Verify entered data ensuring accuracy; identify and reconcile routine and complex data input discrepancies; delete data entry errors and enter corrections
- Extract and compile information from databases to produce routine and specialized reports
- Log and monitor the physical location of source documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to work on site
- Must be able to work night shift
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry
- Experience in contract loading and processing, preferably with hotel contracts
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to successfully attend to tasks of some complexity with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure to perform and reach individual and team KPIs
- Accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, repetitive data entry environment
