Credit and Collection Assistant

- monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit
- Graduate of BS Management or any business-related course
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience preferably in the same industry.
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
- Experience with Quick Books and SAP or other large automated accounting system is a plus factor.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, customer service and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize, listen, adapt, communicate (written and verbal), and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
