The Customer Care Specialist represents our company when communicating with customers. He/she also supports daily fulfillment operations with order processing.
Job description:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat/text/email
2. Schedule order shipments with our partner couriers
3. Handle order issues/updates/cancellations/returns
This role will require you to work BOTH onsite and from home.
Starting pay: 18k/month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
