Job Summary
This role is responsible for the generation, dispatch, management, and close out of commercial facility maintenance and repair work orders. We are seeking a candidate with a background in the commercial facility maintenance and repair or similar trade coordinating experience.
Job Responsibilities
● Receive, generate, dispatch, and close out work orders
● Efficient route generation for field technicians
● Receipt entry into online work orders system when applicable
● Data entry into client and internal online work order systems
● Not to Exceed (NTE) and Quote creation for applicable work orders
● Subcontractor procurement and on-boarding
● Subcontractor cost verifications
● Customer relations and top in class customer service
● Interdepartmental communication
● A great positive attitude with internal and external customers
● Ability to show up on time, ready to work, each day
Required Education/Experience

• GED or High school Diploma
• 5+ year’s project coordinating or customer service experience within the construction, service, or related technical field
• Previous experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plus
• Current/prior role as a property manager or project coordinator is a plus
