Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader with experience in data entry, annotation, or content moderation. The Team Leader will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring performance metrics are met while maintaining a supportive and motivating work environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of agents to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Monitor and assess the quality of data entry, annotation, and content moderation tasks.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare performance reports and track team metrics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Prior experience in data entry, annotation, or content moderation is required.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Day Shift (Philippine Time)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or a similar schedule.
