Job Title: Reporting and Analytics Specialist
Location: Philippines, Davao
(Please note that this position requires onsite work in Davao; remote work is not an option.)

Job Summary:
Everlife is seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with extensive experience in generating detailed reports for customer service and ecommerce operations. You will report directly to the US-based leadership team and play a key role in creating high-level dashboard reports that provide quick insights into essential metrics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools like Google Docs, with a strong ability to multitask and handle complex data analysis. Your work will help drive decision-making and improve operational performance across our ecommerce-driven telemedicine services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage comprehensive reports on key operational metrics, including:
  • Approval rates on initial transactions
  • Authorization vs. capture report (approval rates)
  • Chargeback report
  • Decline of credit card transaction reason reports (initials & rebills)
  • Email transaction delivery report
  • Incompletes for pharmacy-MDI
  • Doctor/patient interaction reports
  • Refund reports
  • Sales vs. media report
  • Shipments & tracking reports
  • Continuity stick rates
  • Tracking all questions and responses for emails
  • Vouched ID approvals
  • Customer service reports, including average answer time and email response time
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service and ecommerce teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Create key leadership dashboard reports that provide a high-level view of essential metrics for the US-based leadership team, enabling them to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Use CRM systems proficiently to extract, organize, and analyze customer data and interactions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive reporting structure that supports decision-making across various departments.
  • Provide ongoing tracking and performance analysis on key metrics such as transaction approvals, refunds, and patient interactions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in producing detailed reports and analytics for customer service or ecommerce operations.
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and key performance indicators, especially within the telemedicine or healthcare industry.
  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working in BPO, telemedicine, or ecommerce-focused environments.
  • Proficient in creating dashboards and automated reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce tools like shopify a plus.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be willing to start work at 7 PM.
  • Location: Must work onsite at our office in Davao.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits and paid time off available from day one.
  • Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for a bonus after 60 days of employment.
